1. Lift Tables

A lift table is a platform deck that uses a scissor mechanism to lift or lower goods. They are usually used to raise and place large, heavy loads a fairly small distance.

 

Advantages of a Lift Table

• Loading & Unloading: Lift tables are a class of forklift that is great for loading and unloading products in a warehouse setting. The scissor lift mechanism can be adjusted to either stay low to place items on a truck or raise items to be stored in a hard-to-reach location.
• Transporting Goods: If you need to transport goods to another part of your warehouse and then store them at great heights, a lift table is especially useful, especially if the items are heavy.
• Increased Productivity & Reduction of Worker Strain: Lift tables will help you get rid of unproductive lifting, bending, and stretching that will eventually lead to worker fatigue and injury.

Types of Bishamon Lift Tables

 

 

Optimus LK Series: The Optimus LK is a series of electric-hydraulic scissor lift tables that have lifting capacities from 2000 to 5000 lbs.

Lo-Profile LX Series: Lo-Profile LX Series are electric-hydraulic scissor lift tables with a collapsed height as low a 2.9 inches.

CompacLift X Series: The CompacLift X Series are small, compact scissor lift tables with low capacities in various power methods.

EZ UP EZU Series: The EZ UP EZU Series are pneumatic, air powered, scissor lift tables.

MobiLift BX Series: MobiLift BX is a series of mobile scissor lift tables that have a manual foot pump. They have premium casters and push handle for easy mobility. Their load capacity is from 330 to 1760 lbs.

MobiLift BXB Series: The MobiLift BXB series are battery powered mobile scissor lift tables with load capacities from 330 to 1760 lbs. They come in double scissor and stainless steel models.

 

2. Pallet Handling

A pallet is a flat wooden or metal platform that is used to store goods so that they can be moved or lifted with a forklift. A pallet has both a top and bottom deck which gives it more stability than a skid, which doesn't have a bottom deck. There are different types of pallet handling equipment. They include pallet trucks and pallet positioners.

Pallet Trucks

A pallet truck is the most basic type of forklift. It is designed to move and lift pallets.

Advantages of Pallet Trucks

Pallet Trucks:

• Allow an individual to perform a task of moving product that would normally require multiple people
• Save time and effort by doing the heavy lifting for you

 

 

Pallet Positioners

Pallet positioners help you handle, lift, and rotate pallets more effectively and ergonomically.

Types of Bishamon Pallet Handling Equipment

 

 

Lift Pilot: The Lift Pilot is a leading-edge product that allows optimal space saving and ergonomic working for a better and safer work environment. It can lift pallets up to 2,500 lbs with a load center of 24" to a maximum height of almost 38". The operator can select fork lengths of 42 or 48 inches and fork lowered heights of 3.6" to 4.6". You can extend or retract the forks in a mere 5 seconds. During extension and retraction, all lift and lower controls are disabled to ensure safe handling.

EZ Loader EZ: EZ Loader EZ is a self-levelling automatic pallet positioner. Its new advanced design allows capacity adjustment without changing air pressure.

EZ Off Lifter: EZ Off Lifter is a lift with a turntable that can be loaded or unloaded with a pallet truck.

EZ X Loader: The EX X Loader is Bishamon's new economy automatic pallet positioner with a self-levelling automatic pallet positioner.

Unilift: The Unilift is a positioner that can be used as both a pallet truck and lift a closed bottom pallet to work height. It can easily handle standard pallets, CHEP pallets, and skids up to 2000 lbs without straddling.

Blue Label BS Series BS-25 / BS-65: Blue Label is a hand pallet truck with superior design and reliability. It has capacities from 2500 lbs to 6500 lbs.

3. Mobile Handling

Mobile handling refers to lift tables, pallet trucks, and skid lifts that are designed with heavy-duty wheels, allowing them to be easily moved wherever you need them.

SKIDLIFT LV Series: The SKIDLIFT LV Series are manual foot pump lifts that can be used for both skids and open bottom pallets. It can accommodate loads of up to 2200 lbs and has premium wheels and push handle for easy mobility.

SKIDLIFT LVE Series: SKIDLIFT LVE Series are battery operated lifts for skids and open bottom pallets. Their load capacity is also up to 2200 lbs and their unique captured scissor design provides enhanced stability.

4. Skid Lifts

Skid lifts are specially designed to easily move, load, or unload skids by raising the top of the load to a convenient working height.

SKIDLIFT LV Series: The SKIDLIFT LV Series are manual foot pump lifts that can be used for both skids and open bottom pallets. They can accommodate loads of up to 2200 lbs and have premium wheels and push handle for easy mobility.
